CIRCUS
The Circus collection is inspired by the Fermoie team’s abiding love of a traditional circus that tours England during the summer with a magical show featuring acrobats, jugglers, musicians, and clowns. The design’s humble shapes reflect a sense of childlike wonder at the spectacle, with the repeat producing the same trance-like effect of watching the performance unfold. The patterns hidden within the repeat capture the rhythms of the performers’ display and the intrigue of how they make the seemingly impossible appear effortless. Created on union cloth, Circus is available in 15 bold colorways to bring joy and drama to all
interior settings.

STRIÉ
Strié is a traditional artistic technique in which a dry comb or brush is drawn through wet paint (hence its other name, dragging) to
produce effects replicating textiles and other materials. In the Fermoie studio team’s interpretation, the warp and weft of the 100% pure
cotton fabric combine with the design to produce layers of texture, giving a feeling of depth and intricacy – all brought beautifully to life by the vibrancy and harmony of the collection’s 23 colorways.

The new collections Circus, on union cloth, and Strié on plain cotton have been designed and produced entirely in-house at the company’s premises in Marlborough, Wiltshire, and are suitable for upholstery, drapery, and fabric walling, among other interior uses. The five color families – Reds, Yellows, Greens, Blues, &Neutrals – are
carefully edited by their design team to make it easy to match colors and create a harmonious, visually pleasing, and artistically coherent scheme.
